    ILuvLive Monday saw the monthly ILuvLive event have a celebratory event at Shoreditch’s #1 hotspot Cargo. MTV was in the house and witnessed great performances from Taio Cruz, latest sensation Chipmunk, Kano, Faith SFX and Bashy; who stole the show And don’t forget, Bashy’s Black Boys collectors edition was out on Mon – available from HMV featuring all 6 remixes, video and original single.     U.S Section Rick Ross new LP Back from Miami and the album that’s hot right now is Rick Ross – Trilla. Packed with features from some of the biggest names in the game right now like Weezy, T-Pain, Jigga, R-Kelly – the list goes on. Originally scheduled for a Dec release, the arrival of this, his second project, definitely deserves the title ‘long awaited’. Believe me when I say you need this album is whats really good right now. The official album review from me – L.B - will be posted up real soon.

    Kanye to tie knot? [Kanye’s ‘Good life’ track plays underneath] Earlier this week, rumours suggested that rapper/producer Kanye has fulfilled his mother’s final wishes by marrying his longterm girlfriend Alexis Phifer at a secret ceremony in Europe. Well…that didn’t happen. Kanye has since come back to squash these rumours also adding that he’d have a low-key ceremony, saying to GQ mag [quote] “I’m not going to make a big deal out of it.” ..and has anyone heard of a British girl group called Ebony Bones? They received real bad press over in the States and I’d like to defend my British ladies. Lemme know if you’ve heard of ‘em and any track feedback
